digital marketeer
who we are
At prado, we build invisible home technology for the world’s best architects. Since launching our first flagship product in 2021, we have grown into a fully integrated ecosystem of lighting, ventilation, power and security solutions. Our strong R&D focus and targeted M&A strategy fuel our rapid expansion, with 150 + colleagues operating across Europe, North America and the Middle East.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a digital marketeer. You will support the execution and optimization of digital campaigns for several prado brands. Reporting to the digital marketing lead, you will work across multiple channels and use data insights to improve performance step by step. You will be part of a dedicated marketing team of ten professionals, where collaboration and ambition go hand in hand.
prado recently won the Henry Van de Velde Award, and we're scaling fast: growing our brands across America and Europe, on both e-commerce and brand level. From paid advertising to influencer collaborations, you will gain hands-on experience with the full performance marketing mix and help drive that growth across global markets.
what you will do
Develop, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and more.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and wider marketing team to align with business goals.
Manage marketing automation, CRM, and influencer collaborations.
Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
what we are looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a digital agency or fast-growing company.
Strong familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, or other paid advertising platforms.
Familiarity with Shopify and Klaviyo to support e-commerce content and e-mail automation.
Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, data analytics, and A/B testing.
A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, able to work independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Fluent in English and Dutch.
what we offer
A front-row seat in a fast-scaling international company with the ambition to lead its market.
Guided by a family-driven philosophy, you will feel quickly at home thanks to our warm work environment.
You will work within a team that inspires you to tackle your job with passion, where you'll play a direct role in building our growth story, both on e-commerce and brand level.
You'll primarily be based in Ghent, with flexibility to work hybrid.
We offer a competitive salary package tailored to your experience and skills.
